Fresh Tomato Salsa
Diced ripe tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, and lime tossed together. The classic pico de gallo, no measuring required.

- 3 large ripe tomatoes , diced small
- 1 small red onion , peeled and diced small
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1-2 jalapeño peppers , minced; for less heat, remove the seeds
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- Sea salt to taste
Method
- Dice the tomatoes and red onion.
- Chop the cilantro and jalapeños.
- Mince the garlic.
- Combine in a large bowl with lime juice.
- Salt to taste.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
