Fresh Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, diced small
- 1 small red onion, peeled and diced small
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1-2 jalapeño peppers, minced; for less heat, remove the seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Sea salt to taste (optional)
Method
- Dice the tomatoes and red onion.
- Chop the cilantro and jalapeños.
- Mince the garlic.
- Combine in a large bowl with lime juice.
- Salt to taste.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
