A whole-food plant-based white bean mayo.

- 1 cup white beans
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
Method
- Drain and rinse the white beans.
- Blend the beans with the lemon juice, mustard, and a splash of water until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.
