Every legume worth keeping in the pantry, dried for stove or pressure cooker. They have a long shelf life and are easy to prepare, just follow the soak overnight instructions then cook them the next day to have the best tasting beans. Preparation and cooking take a little time but well worth it, especially when you eat the quantity of beans I do.
