Salt-Free Taco Seasoning

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika (sweet or smoked)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Transfer to an airtight container.
- Use 2 tablespoons per pound of beans, lentils, jackfruit, or other plant-based taco filling.
- Store in a cool, dry place up to 6 months.
